Women's Soccer Program History
A commitment to high standards, a supportive team atmosphere and a love of the game have been a winning formula for Gettysburg women's soccer.
Playing against abundant national caliber competition, the Bullets have captured five Centennial Conference championships, two Eastern College Athletic Conference championships, and have been to the NCAA Division III tournament six times.
These and other accomplishments grow out of the championship attitude that has sustained the program for two decades. Each season begins with the same goals - aim for national prominence, play true to the spirit of the game and have fun.
The Bullets play all home games in a spectacular venue for soccer. The 2004 addition of
Clark Field, with its Field Turf surface, stately brick columns, and state-of-the-art lighting, underscores the team's commitment to high standards. In the first fall on the Clark Field turf, Gettysburg hosted the first round of the NCAA Division III Tournament and set a tournament record with an 11-0 victory over Chestnut Hill.
