Gettysburg College Athletics

Hynes scored four goals for the week and notched Gettysburg's first hat trick in nearly two years with three tallies in the Bullets 4-1 victory over Washington College. He gave his team a lead it would not relinquish when he scored in the sixth minute to make it 1-0, and with the Bullets leading 2-1 midway through the second half he added a pair of insurance tallies. Hynes also scored Gettysburg's first goal in a 2-0 win over Mary Washington in a non-conference outing.
