Harmon had a hand in six school records and four NCAA "B" cuts at Gettysburg's Final Fall Fast Festival. He broke the Gettysburg record with a "B" cut in the 200-backstroke, and he also set a school record in the 200-IM and a had a "B" cut in the 100-backstroke. In addition, he swam on four relay teams (200-freestyle, 400-freestyle, 200-medley, 400-medley) that broke school records. The 200-free, 400-free and 200-medley relays also broke Centennial Conference records, and the 200- and 400-free relays earned a "B" cut.
