Gettysburg College Athletics

In his first collegiate start, Hungerford threw a four-hit, seven-inning complete game victory in Gettysburg’s 9-1 win over SUNY Plattsburgh in Florida. He retired 12 straight batters in the middle of the game and finished with two walks and three strikeouts. Hungerford also tossed a perfect 2/3 of an inning in relief in his collegiate debut, a 4-3 loss at Stevenson.
