Johnny Nelson for an 8-3 win at second doubles and winning 6-2, 6-2 at No. 2 singles. He added two more 8-3 wins in doubles action against Muhlenberg and Ursinus and grinded out a 6-2, 4-6, 7-5 decision at second singles against the Bears. The wins also moved McLaughlin up the program's all-time win lists as he jumped into a tie for eighth in singles (37), third in doubles (38), and a tie for fourth in total wins (75).
