Horvath finished third out of 74 Division II and III runners to lead Gettysburg to the Division II-III title at the University of Delaware Invitational. His time of 28:10 was his collegiate-best at 8,000 meters by over two minutes, and he placed just 24 seconds behind the top Division II-III finisher.
