Harmon turned in an outstanding showing at Gettysburg's Final Fall Festival. Over the two-day meet, he was part of five NCAA Division III Championship "B-cut" qualifying performances while setting or resetting two school records, one Centennial Conference record, and one pool record. He won the 200-IM in 1:53.50, a B-cut, pool record, and over two-and-a-half seconds better than his previous school record. He also lowered his Gettysburg and Centennial Conference record in the 200-backstroke, clocking a B-cut of 1:49.49 while finishing second. In addition, Harmon placed second and recorded a B-cut in the 100-backstroke (51.58) as well as the 200-freestyle relay (1:23.22) and the 400-freestyle relay (3:03.02).
