In her final college race, Esposito broke the school record in the 5,000-meter run at the Swarthmore Final Qualifying Meet at Widener University. With a time of 17:37.63, she placed fifth among 23 competitors, lowered her career-best by 17 seconds, and eclipsed the former record set by Jaimie Bagatti '04 in 2004 by five seconds.
