Powers helped the Bullets win their first two Centennial Conference games of the season, averaging 18.5 points and 8.5 rebounds per game. In a 58-43 win at Haverford College on Saturday, the junior center posted season-highs of 25 points and 12 rebounds while scoring his 1,000th career point. He also had 12 points, five rebounds, and five assists in an 80-71 victory over Johns Hopkins University.
