Candelmo came away with two runner-up finishes at the Gettysburg Invitational, taking second in both the 400-IM (4:37.21) and the 500-freestyle (5:05.70) while competing against three teams, including fourth-ranked Johns Hopkins. In addition, she placed fourth in the 200-breaststroke (2:31.30) and swam on the 800-freestyle relay team that came in third (7:55.16) as well as the 400-freestyle relay that was fourth (3:38.48).
