The Centennial Conference Player of the Week, Murphy averaged 11.5 points per game as the Bullets finished 1-1 at the Daytona Beach Shootout. In a 55-42 win over Benedictine (Ill.) University, she scored 16 points and grabbed six rebounds while shooting 5-for-10 from the field and 5-for-5 at the foul line. Murphy leads the 6-3 Bullets in scoring (13.4 ppg), rebounding (8.0 rpg), and blocks (1.0 bpg) and is shooting 90.9% (30-for-33) at the foul line.
