Competing in the final indoor meet of his collegiate career, Hill finished 22nd in a highly-competitive field in the mile at the Columbia Last Chance Meet, held at the Armory in New York City. His time of 4:25.00 was a personal record and ranks him sixth all-time at Gettysburg. The top-eight finishers in the event broke 4:10.
