Steph Zengel never heard of a sophomore slump. The second-year outfielder turned in an outstanding campaign for the softball team this past spring. She was named All-Centennial Conference First Team and All-East Region Second Team after leading the Bullets in batting average (.445), hits (53), doubles (13), home runs (4), RBI (39), total bases (86), slugging percentage (.723) and sacrifice flies (4). Zengel led the entire conference in doubles, RBI, total bases, and sacrifice flies. She will carry a .421 career batting average into next season.
