McCoubrie completed an outstanding all-around season for the women's track and field team in 2013-14. At the Centennial Conference Outdoor Championships, she won both the long jump and triple jump to earn the Women's Most Outstanding Performer award. McCoubrie also won the triple jump and anchored the 4x200-meter relay team that earned the silver at the indoor conference meet, where she also placed fourth in the long jump and seventh in the 400-meter dash.
