Potter had a hand in six NCAA Division III Championship-qualifying "B-cuts," two school records, and three pool records, helping the Bullets win the two-day Gettysburg Invitational by over 300 points. In the first session on Friday night, he won the 100-freestyle with a B-cut and pool-record-time of 44.56 before bettering that mark later in the evening, clocking a split of 44.40 while leading off the winning 400-freestyle relay, which became just the second squad in program history to break three minutes with a B-cut and pool-record time of 2:59.81. Potter then opened Saturday's morning session by anchoring the winning 200-medley relay that broke the school record with a B-cut of 1:32.52 before finishing second in the 200-freestyle with a B-cut of 1:39.87. He wrapped up an outstanding meet in the evening session, first leading off the winning 200-freestyle with a B-cut and pool-record split of 20.22, helping the Bullets post a B-cut of 1:22.01. He went on to win the 50-freestyle with a B-cut of 20.25 and anchored the winning 400-medley relay (3:24.97).
