Tyler Cunningham wrapped up his first collegiate title at 174 pounds at the Washington & Lee Invitational on Jan. 10. Cunningham posted his first pin of the season in his opening bout and won his semifinal match by decision 7-4. In the finals, the junior jumped out to a 3-0 lead with a takedown and escape and held on for a 4-2 victory.
