Senior Sam McDermott set a Centennial Conference record for rushing yards by a quarterback with 183 in the season opener at Bridgewater. McDermott carried the ball 21 times with a career-long rush of 66 yards in the third quarter. He topped the previous conference high by a QB by four yards. McDermott also completed 9-of-12 passes for 104 yards and three touchdowns as the Bullets dominated Bridgewater 49-10.
