Junior Sarah Hansen captured medalist honors at the Centennial Conference Championship on April 23-24. Hansen fired a 162 to top the field by three strokes. She carried a two-stroke lead after firing an 82 in the opening round and she closed the tournament with an 80 to become the fifth consecutive conference medalist for Gettysburg. By virtue of her first-place finish, Hansen was named the 2016 Centennial Conference Player of the Year.
