McCoubrie registered an outstanding senior indoor track and field season, capped by a 12th-place finish in the triple jump at the NCAA Division III Championships. She qualified for indoor nationals by breaking the indoor school record in the triple jump at the Tufts University Final Qualifying Meet, leaping 38 feet, two inches. Earlier in the season, she won both the long jump and the triple jump at the Centennial Conference Indoor Championships for the second year in a row, helping the Bullets finish fourth in the team standings.
