Hansen turned in a career campaign in 2015-16. She finished second on the team in scoring average with a personal best of 82.7 strokes per round. Hansen claimed medalist honors at three separate events, including earning the top spot at the Centennial Conference Championship. She was tagged the CC Player of the Year and first-team all-conference. Making her third trip to the NCAA Division III Championship, Hansen carded a career-low 78 during the third round of competition and finished tied for 50th among 109 competitors. Hansen was also named the CC Scholar-Athlete of the Year, Academic All-Centennial, CC Academic Honor Roll, and CoSIDA Academic All-District First Team this past season.
