Gettysburg College Athletics

Parr won each of her starts last week for the softball team. She opened with a five-inning, six-hit shutout of defending national champion and fifth-ranked Messiah College on March 31. She walked three and struck out two in the win. On April 3, she tossed all 10 innings in a 7-4 victory over host Swarthmore. She fanned a season-high 11 batters while allowing just two earned runs and one walk. For the week, she registered a 0.93 ERA and 13 strikeouts in 15 innings of work.
