Junior Emily Gibbons averaged 17.5 points and 14.5 rebounds per game last week. In a 63-50 victory over McDaniel, she posted 12 points and 12 rebounds. The junior forward added 23 points and 17 boards in a 76-68 win over Washington. She canned 13-of-21 (61.9 percent) of her field goal attempts and 8-of-9 (88.9 percent) of her free throws. Gibbons is tied for the conference lead in scoring at 17.8 points per game and she ranks fourth nationally in rebounding at 14.1 rebounds per game.
