Sean Thompson '21 was accepted into the Brian C. Pohanka Internship Program through the Civil War Institute. In the summer of 2019, Thompson worked on the Richmond Battlefield as a historical interpreter, rode along with park officers enforcing regulations, marched alongside Civil War re-enactors, and trained with the Richmond Wrestling Club. The internship paved the way for Thompson to become a consumate leader for the wrestling program. Read more about Thompson's internship experience.
