Cox racked up four victories as Gettysburg won two conference dual meets to open the season. The junior led posted the fastest lead-off leg of the 200 medley relay as the Bullets won the opening event by over three seconds. Cox swept the backstroke races with times of 51.22 and 1:53.60 and he completed the individual hat trick by winning the 100 fly with a time of 52.72.
