SELINSGROVE, PA --- Jason Vishio scored a goal and added two assists as Gettysburg erupted for a 6-0 victory over Susquehanna in non-league action on Wednesday. With the win, the Bullets improved to 2-1.
Chris Pryor netted the gamewinning goal for Gettysburg, scoring off a pass from Vishio at the 27:48 mark. James Bealer scored a goal and an assists while Jesse Flynn and Clayton Krum also scored their first goals of the season in the win. Nick LaPorta made three saves to pick up his second win of the season.
After tallying 25 shots on Saturday at Shippensburg, the Bullets outshot the Crusaders, 26-4, on this afternoon while posting a 12-0 advantage in corner kicks.
Gettysburg, currently ranked fifth in the Division III Mid-Atlantic region, returns to action on Saturday, September 11 at Eastern College. Game time is 1 p.m.
