COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – Ursinus scored two second half goals to down Gettysburg 2-0 in Centennial Conference men's soccer action on Saturday.
Scott Hussey notched the gamewinner with 28:44 left in the game as the Bears beat the Bullets for the first time in the last eight meetings. Jonathan Miller added the insurance goal at the 70:16 mark while Mark Jackson and Steve Wilkes each added an assist.
Nick LaPorta (Chevy Chase, MD/Bethesda-Chevy Chase) recorded three saves in the Bullet net Tim McDonald made four stops for the home team.
The Bullets return to action on Saturday, October 28 at home against Centennial Conference foe Franklin & Marshall. Game time is noon.
