Spadafora finished the game with 12 points, three assists and a season-high five steals to give Gettysburg its sixth straight win over the Mules at Bream Gymnasium and snap a two-game losing streak.

Jeff Stewart, the CC’s top rebounder and second leading scorer, led Muhlenberg with his 12th double-double of the season, tallying a game-high 22 points and 15 rebounds.

With the Mules up 50-48 off of consecutive Stewart jumpers, David Glaser (West Chester, PA/Malvern Prep) converted a pair of free throws to tie the game with 2:42 left to play.

Jimmy O’Brien dropped in a jumper on the next possession, but Glaser hit a jumper to knot the score at 52 with 2:15 to play, the game's fifth tie.

Stewart hit the first of two from the charity stripe to put the Mules up by one, but Glaser found Spadafora for a jumper and then converted one of his own to bring the final margin to 56-53 in favor of the Bullets.

Glaser – held to single digits for the second straight game – netted six points in the final 2 minutes, 42 seconds to finish with nine points and eight boards.

With the score tied 18-18 for over two minutes, Stewart netted a jumper followed by a 3-pointer from Chase Licata and a jumper from O’Brien, helping the Mules close the half up seven.

Jakobe chipped in with eight points and four rebounds for the Bullets while Licata and O’Brien each added eight for the Mules.
