GETTYSBURG, Pa. - Gettysburg squeaked by Haverford 33-31 in game one but cruised in games two and three to sweep the Fords, 3-0 (33-31, 30-19, 30-19), in Centennial Conference action at Bream Gym on Saturday afternoon. Freshman setter Amanda Krampf (Gaithersburg, Md./Gaithersburg) and junior right side Lauren Thul (Flemington, N.J./Hunterdon Central) each posted a double-double in the match. Krampf now has seven consecutive double-doubles.

The Bullets (12-7, 3-0 CC) had five players with double-digit digs, led by senior libero Steph Vial (Hanover, Pa./Delone Catholic) with 21. Krampf had 16 to go with 34 assists, and Thul had 14 digs and 13 kills.

Sophomore outside hitter Meghan McConville (Eldersburg, Md./Liberty) pitched in with 14 kills and just one error on 27 swings to hit .481 for the match. She added five digs and two block assists to help defeat the Fords (14-3, 2-2 CC). Senior middle hitter Caitlyn Barr (Annapolis, Md./Broadneck) and freshman middle hitter Molly Barrett (Medfield, Mass./Medfield) tied for a team-high with five total blocks each.

Gettysburg will continues its three-match home stand on Wednesday night when Franklin & Marshall comes to Bream Gym for a 7 p.m. match.
