Dickinson (11-16) gave Gettysburg a tough fight just one week ago, dropping a 3-1 decision in Bream. Wednesday's affair wasn't quite as close as the Bullets won 30-23, 30-24, and 30-17. The only time the Red Devils held a late lead was in the second game at 16-14, but a timeout by the hosts stalled the momentum and gave way to an 8-2 run.
Mercier, Yoder, and McConville were dominant on the net for Gettysburg, combining to connect on over half of their kill attempts. Mercier finished with 15 kills on 31 attempts with three errors, while Yoder also committed just three errors in 22 attempts. McConville appeared to find every seam in the Devil defense, notching a hitting percentage of .562 with 10 kills on 16 attempts and only one hitting error.
