GETTYSBURG, Pa. – Gettysburg senior Nicholas Campanile (Tinton Falls, N.J./Monmouth Regional) and freshman Ned MacPherson (North Marshfield, Mass./St. Mark's School) each shot a round of 78 to tie for ninth place and help Gettysburg to a fourth-place 320 at the Gettysburg Invitational on Tuesday afternoon at The Links at Gettysburg.

Wesley won the event with a team total of 306 behind a three-under-par 69 by Mike Rushin. He took individual honors by three strokes over Susquehanna's Pat Serfass. Serfass led his team to a 308 to finish, two strokes off the lead.

For the Bullets' A team, freshman Reid Sessa (Garden City, N.Y./Xavier) fired an 81 to tie for 19th place, and junior James LeClair (Plainfield, N.H./Kimball Union Academy) rounded out the scorers with an 83 to tie for 27th place.

The B squad was led by sophomore Greg Young (Falmouth, Mass./Falmouth), whose 82 was good enough for a 22nd-place tie. Freshman Bradley Allen (Cumberland, Maine/Greely) shot an 88, and senior Brian Shea (Lutherville, Md./Towson) and sophomore Kyle Healy (New Canaan, Conn./New Canaan) each record a round of 90.

Gettysburg will take to the course again this weekend for the two-day McDaniel Spring Invitational at The Links at Gettysburg on Saturday and Sunday.
