GETTYSBURG, Pa. – No. 5 Gettysburg earned a 15-5 victory over Haverford in Centennial Conference (CC) action at Clark Field on Saturday afternoon. Nine Bullets tallied at least two points, and in all, 10 had either a goal or an assist.

Katie Hagan (Media, Pa./Cardinal O'Hara),
Lexie Hearn (Old Greenwich, Conn./Greenwich) and
Cristi Farrell (Broomall, Pa./Academy of Notre Dame) each tallied three points in the win. Browning's came on two goals and an assist, while Hagan, Hearn and Farrell each added a goal and two assists. Hagan is currently on a 13-game point streak dating back to last season, while junior midfielder
Megan Moore's (Chestertown, Md./Gunston Day School) point streak is at 16 games after collecting two assists on the day.

Jessica Crane (Sudbury, Mass./Lincoln-Sudbury) tallied a career-high two goals. Classmate
Hollis Stahl (Highstown, N.J./Peddie School) joined Crane with two goals of her own. Junior attacker
Jamie Giffuni (St. James, N.Y./Smithtown) recorded a goal and an assist for two points and sophomore defender
Sara Tolner (Pasadena, Md./Severn School) netted her first goal of the season to round out the Bullets' offense.

Susan Meyers (Ridgewood, N.J./Immaculate Heart Academy) started for the third time this season and made five saves to pick up the win.
Down 2-0, the Fords (5-5, 1-4 CC) got their first goal and pulled within 2-1 on an unassisted strike from sophomore defender Elizabeth Koelmel. She recorded another goal and an assist to pace the Ford's offense. Sophomore defender Casey Sanborn tallied two goals and classmate Lauren Finkel added one in the losing effort. Haverford freshman goalie Siobhan Neitzel faced a 31-shot barrage by making seven saves.
Hearn started the scoring less than two minutes in with an assist going to Farrell. A free position shot from Hagan was answered by a Haverford goal. Gettysburg went on to score eight unanswered goals before the Fords could find the cage again. Crane's two goals came just before the end of the first period, giving the Bullets a 12-2 advantage going into the half.
The Bullets tacked on two more goals in a 7:25 span to take a commanding 14-2 lead with nearly 20 minutes to play. Sanborn broke up the Gettysburg run at the 19:03 mark, but Browning then netted her second goal of the game off an assist from Hagan. Haverford would put together two goals before time ran out on their effort.
Gettysburg returns to action on Thursday when the Bullets travel to McDaniel to take on the Green Terror in Centennial Conference action. Game time is set for 4 p.m.
