• Blanz picked up the victory at third singles, winning by a score of 6-4, 1-6, 1-0 (10-6).
THE REST OF THE STORY
• The No. 1 doubles team of
Alex Kagan (Guilford, Conn./Guilford) and
Adam Contract (Westfield, N.J./Westfield) went to a tiebreaker set but ultimately fell 6-7 (6-8).

Ben O'Connor-Skloot (Dobbs Ferry, N.Y./Dobbs Ferry) and
Owen Kutlu (Mendham, N.J./West Morris Mendham) both played to tiebreaker sets in their fifth and sixth singles matches, respectively. O'Connor-Skloot ultimately fell 2-6, 7-5, while Kutlu battled to a 1-6, 5-7 loss.
