THE SKINNY STORY
Franklin & Marshall, ranked 19th in the latest IWLCA Div. III coaches' poll, scored all 10 goals in the fourth quarter to walk away from No. 9 Gettysburg and notch a 16-5 road win.
THE LEADERS

Maddie Passarello (West Chester, Pa./Unionville) led the Bullets with a goal, an assist and all six draw control wins.
FOR THE FOES
• Lauren Pitman led the Diplomats with three goals on four shots to go with 10 draw control wins.
THE REST OF THE STORY
• With no score nearly eight minutes into the game, the teams were forced from the field more than an hour due to lightning in the area. Just 19 seconds after resuming play, Devyn Crone passed from behind the cage to Myranda Beebe, who finished for the lone goal of the opening stanza.

Michaela Kelly (Chatham, N.J./Chatham) found
Julia Daly (McLean, Va./Langley) just 1:14 into the second quarter to tie the game at 1-all. Just over two minutes later, Crone hit Alexandra Proefrock to put Franklin & Marshall back in front.
Sarah Scollin (Oreland, Pa./Springside Chestnut Hill Academy) found the equalizer once again with 8:42 showing before Annie Marshall scored then found Sophie Harris 50 seconds apart for a 4-2 lead with 3:00 on the clock to take a two-goal margin to the break.

Maddie Passarello finished a solo run then found
Riley d'Entremont (Bryn Mawr, Pa./Radnor) on the doorstep to tie the game at 4-all midway through the third quarter. Beebe and Pitman scored three minutes apart to reestablish the two-goal Diplomat lead before Daly finished a pass from
Kali McDonnell (Norwich, Vt./Hanover) to slice the deficit in half 41 seconds later.
• Crone opened the fourth-quarter barrage in which F&M won all 10 draw controls and outshot Gettysburg 13-1, scoring just 56 seconds in. After Beebe, Marshall, Pittman and Proefrock all found the back of the net again, Crone and Rose Dunne scored 26 seconds apart for a 13-5 lead with 5:31 to play. The Diplomats then scored three times in the final 3:35 for the 11-goal final margin.
THE INSIDE STORY
• Behind the 13-1 advantage in the fourth quarter, Franklin & Marshall finished with a 29-19 shot advantage and 17-6 advantage in draw controls.

Julia Daly finished with two goals.

Ally Kennedy (Chester Springs, Pa./Downingtown East) finished with three ground balls and four caused turnovers.
