Gettysburg fired its lowest round of the spring in the opening round of the 2026 Centennial Conference championship with a round of 326 before carding a round of 338 on Sunday to finish second with a total score of 664.
THE LEADERS

Lucy Barton (Tilghman, Md./Blair Academy [N.J.]) led the Bullets with a second-place finish, carding a round of 77 on Saturday before a second-round score of 79 to finish with a career-low score of 156.
FOR THE FOES
• Marymount roared back from a four-stroke deficit after the first round with a second-round score of 314 to finish with a two-day total of 644 to win the conference championship.
• The Saints' Tinleigh Rusher posted a two-day total of 152 to win the individual crown, posting matching rounds of 76.
THE REST OF THE STORY

Chloe Barton (Tilghman, Md./Blair Academy [N.J.]) finished fifth with a score of 162. She matched her sister with a round of 77 on Saturday that included an eagle on the par-4 15th hole.

Claire Mamlouk (Arlington, Mass./Arlington) and
Caitlin Mullen (Rockville Centre, N.Y./South Side) finished tied for ninth with total scores of 173. Mamlouk had a round of 85 on Saturday and 88 on Sunday while Mullen posted a round of 87 on Saturday and 86 on Sunday.

Abby McMonagle (Troutdale, Ore./Central Catholic) finished 11th overall with a score of 178 (88-90).
THE INSIDE STORY

Lucy Barton's score of 156 was the second-lowest conference championship total of any Gettysburg player.
