GETTYSBURG, Pa. – Lex Parker has joined the Gettysburg women's lacrosse staff as an assistant coach, announced by head coach Charlotte Hibbard.

Parker joins the Bullets coaching staff after spending last season as an assistant coach at Redlands.

She helped the Bulldogs to a winning record last season with a plus-37 goal differential, averaging 12 goals per game. She also helped develop five All-Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference selections and an IWLCA first-team All-West honoree.

Prior to her time in California, she spent a year as the head coach of Bucs Women's Lacrosse at Durham University in Durham, England. While there, she led all operational, competitive, recruiting, administrative, and player development functions for one of the largest collegiate women's lacrosse programs in the United Kingdom, overseeing more than 100 student-athletes competing across six teams. Four of the players from the program played internationally in the 2026 World Cup Championship in Tokyo, Japan.

She also served as a club lacrosse coach for Lacrosse Monkey in St. Paul, Minn., from 2014-19 and has worked several camps, clinics and recruiting events.

Parker began her collegiate career at Division I Kent State before playing her final three seasons at Division II Regis University in Colorado. She scored 72 goals over her final two seasons, starting 27 games. She was part of two RMAC championship teams with the Rangers and was a first-team all-conference selection as a senior.

Parker earned her bachelor of science in neuroscience from Regis before earning a master of science in cognitive neuroscience at Durham.
