2008-09: Missed the entire season with an injury.

2007-08: Finished sixth in the 1,500 and seventh in the 5,000-meter run at the Centennial Conference Outdoor Championships ... Won the 5,000 at the Gettysburg Mason-Dixon Invitational and the Little Three Meet ... Captured the 1,500 at the Messiah Invitational ... Ran personal-best times of 4:52.46 in the 1,500 and 18:21.75 in the 5,000 - the team’s best performances of the season in both events ... Indoors, placed fifth in the 3,000 at both the Centennial Conference and ECAC Championships, running a PR of 10:35.83 at ECACs.

High School: Competed in cross country and track & field at Ledyard H.S. ... Earned all-conference and all-state honors ... Member of the National Honor Society.
