Strong sprinter who specializes in the 200 and 400…Has helped relay teams to a pair of Centennial Conference medals during her career. 

2008-09: Outdoors, ran on the team’s 4x400 relay team that earned the bronze at the Centennial Conference Championships…Placed sixth in the 200 and 400 at the Gettysburg Mason-Dixon Invitational…Sixth in the 400 at the Susquehanna Jim Taylor Invitational…Fourth in the 200 at the Little Three Meet…Missed most of the indoor season with an injury.

2007-08: Placed sixth in the 400-meter dash in a season-best time of 1:01.40 at the Centennial Conference Outdoor Championships ... Ran on the team’s 1,600-meter relay team that earned the bronze in the same meet ... Took third in the 400 at the Gettysburg Mason-Dixon Invitational and at the Little Three Meet ... Indoors, placed 11th in the 400 at the Centennial Conference Championships and was fourth in the same event at the Dickinson Holiday Meet.

High School: Competed in cross country, indoor and outdoor track & field, and soccer at Kellenberg Memorial H.S. ... Helped set school records in four different relays (4x400, 4x800, spring medley, distance medley) ... Earned all-county and all-district honors while serving as a team captain ... Qualified for the state meet in cross country and indoor and outdoor track ... Ran at the Penn Relays three different years.

Personal: Born Sept. 17, 1989 ... Daughter of Paul and Joanne Tzinivis ... An anthropology major.
