The Barrows File: Coming off a strong season at catcher in his first year as a starter…Excellent contact hitter.

2009: Named Second Team All-Centennial Conference after leading the team in batting (.370)…Was especially effective in Centennial Conference games, batting .414 in league play…Threw out seven of 34 base stealers…Had a season-high three hits in games against Washington and McDaniel.

2008: Played in 11 games, making six starts behind the plate … Recorded his first collegiate hit – a two-run single – against Tri-State on March 7 in Florida … Clubbed a pair of doubles.

High School: A three-sport athlete at Whippany Park H.S., competing in cross country, wrestling, and baseball … Served as a team captain in all three sports … Saw time at catcher, second base, and shortstop … In baseball, was named first-team all-conference as a senior and honorable mention all-conference as a junior … Was an honorable mention all-conference selection in cross country during his junior year.
