High School: Competed in cross country and wrestling (160 lbs) under Al Potter, and lacrosse (midfield) under Glenn Adams at Newtown...Played in the Connecticut Super Juniors Game...Wrestling captain who earned all-conference honors...Was named all-state and was a two-time all-conference selection in lacrosse...Also a seven-time academic all-conference honoree.
