Gettysburg College Athletics

Heading into the 2013-14 season, is a member of the 800-freestyle relay team that owns the school record (7:52.53).

2012-13: Competed in three individual events and four relays at the Centennial Conference Championships…Helped the 200-freestyle, 200-medley, and 400-medley relay teams earn a bronze medal…Also swam on the 400-freestyle relay squad that came in fourth…Individually, placed fourth in the 50-freestyle, fifth in the 100-freestyle, and sixth in the 100-butterfly…Recorded personal season-best times of 24.76 in the 50-freestyle, 53.50 in the 100-freestyle, and 1:01.51 in the 100-butterfly.

2011-12: Came away with five medals at the Centennial Conference Championships… Earned a silver in the 100-freestyle and a bronze in the 50-freestyle and all three freestyle relays… Also finished fourth in the 400-medley relay and fifth in the 100-butterfly at the Centennial Conference Championships…Recorded personal season-best times of 24.70 in the 50-freestyle, 53.91 in the 100-freestyle, 28.99 in the 50-butterfly, and 1:00.51 in the 100-butterfly…A member of the school-record setting 800-freestyle relay team.

2010-11: Earned six medals at the Centennial Conference Championship during her debut season with the Bullets… Helped the 200-freestyle relay capture the gold while setting school, pool, conference, and conference championship meet records (1:37.50)…Anchored the 400-freestyle relay that set school and pool records in 3:36.42...Also helped the 800-freestyle relay earn the silver and the 400-medley squad take the bronze…Individually, placed second in the 50-freestyle and tied for third in the 100-freestyle…Was also ninth in the 200-freestyle…For the season, finished with Gettysburg’s best time in the 200-free (1:58.34)…Also notched the team’s second-best marks in the 50-free (24.66) and the 100-free (53.90) and the third-best time in the 100-butterfly (1:01.72)…Won 10 individual events in dual meet competition.

High School: Participated in swimming, track, and field hockey at Central Bucks West…Set a school record in the 100-freestyle and the 200-freestyle relay…Earned all-conference and all-state recognition…Served as a team co-captain…Was selected as the MVP of her team.

Family Connections: Father, Greg, swam at Penn State and was the captain of the Nittany Lions 1985 team.
