2014: Competed in all eight varsity races…Clocked a season-best time of 27:04 at the NCAA Division III Mideast Regional…Finished among the team’s top-five in seven races…Took 45th at the Centennial Conference Championship.
 
2013: Ran in five varsity races before missing the rest of the season due to injury…Broke the team’s top-five in four races…Clocked a season-best time of 28:30 at the Paul Short Run.

2012: Competed in eight varsity races…Broke the team’s top-five in four races and was Gettysburg’s No. 2 finisher at three meets…Ran a season-best time of 28:19 at the Gettysburg Invitational…Placed 72nd at the Centennial Conference Championship.

High School: Competed in cross country and track & field at South River H.S. under head coach Josh Carroll…Earned a regional top-10 ranking in the mile and two-mile in indoor track…A member of the National Honor Society…Won the AP Endorsement Award…Also captured the Soaring Seahawk Award in cross country.

Family Connections: Grandfather, George Sadka, competed as a halfback for the University of Tennessee football team in 1939.
