Gettysburg College Athletics

Notes: Serving as team co-captain… Worked as an editorial intern at National Geographic Kids over the summer…Member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority… Also involved with The Gettysburgian, WZBT, Order of Omega, and Omicron Delta Kappa…Studied abroad in Madrid, Spain…Also competes for Gettysburg’s track & field team and ranks among the school’s all-time top-10 in both the 5,000 (indoors) and 10,000.
                
2016: Captured All-Region honors with her 20th-place finish at the NCAA Division III Mideast Regional…One of the team’s top-two finishers in each of her seven races and was the Bullets’ top finisher twice…Placed 17th at the Centennial Conference Championship, where she posted the team’s second-fastest time for the season (22:13).
 
2015: Ran in eight varsity races…One of the team’s top-three runners in all of her races…Was the team’s top finisher four times, including both of the team’s championship meets…Placed 24th at the Centennial Conference Championships and 46th at the NCAA Division III Mideast Regional…Clocked a season-best time of 23:05 at the conference meet.
 
2014: Competed in all eight varsity races…The team’s top finisher in each of her last five races and was one of the top-two Bullet finishers in every meet…Ran the team’s fastest times for the year in both the 5K (19:48) and 6K (22:58)…Placed 27th at the Centennial Conference Championship and 48th at the NCAA Mideast Regional.

High School: Ran cross country, indoor track and field, and outdoor track and field at King Philip Regional H.S….Named all-conference…Earned her team’s Moved Improved and Unsung Hero awards in cross country…Also received the Most Improved Award in indoor track…Won an award from the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences for excellence in serious news.

Majors: Individualized – Writing and Performing Media. Minor: Spanish.
