2014: Competed in six varsity races…Finished with a season-best time of 24:52 at the Salisbury Invitaional.
 
2013: Ran in eight varsity races…Posted a season-best time of 25:30 at the Hood Invitational…Finished 68th at the Centennial Conference Championship.
 
High School: Competed in cross country and track & field at Cumberland Valley High School…Served as team captain for both head coach Skip Springman (cross country) and Bill Bixler (track)…Broke the school record in the 2,000m steeplechase.
 
Family Connections: Mother, Karen Karkuff ’77, and father, Gary Karkuff ’76, attended Gettysburg College.
