Heading into the 2017-18 season, holds the school record in the 100-breaststroke (56.06) and ranks second all-time at Gettysburg in the 50-freestyle (20.35) and the 100-freestyle (44.72)…Is also part of four relay teams that own both Gettysburg and Centennial Conference records (200-freestyle relay, 1:20.41; 400-freestyle relay, 2:57.93; 200-medley relay, 1:30.25; 400-medley relay, 3:20.36)…An eight-time All-American…Serving as a team captain.
2016-17: Earned his third-straight trip to the NCAA Division III Championships, where he landed Honorable Mention All-America recognition with a 10th-place finish in the 50-freestyle…Also placed 21st in the 100-breaststroke and 22nd in the 100-freestyle at NCAAs…Recorded another stellar showing at the Centennial Conference Championships, where he swept the 50-freestyle, 100-freestyle, and 100-breaststroke for the second year in a row….Also swam on the winning 200-freestyle and 400-freestyle relays at the conference championships…Finished with personal season-best times of 20.36 in the 50-free, 44.97 in the 100-free, and 56.17 in the 100-breast.
2015-16: Turned in another tremendous season…Earned three All-America honors at the NCAA Division III Championships…Landed first-team honors in the 100-freestyle, placing seventh…Also earned honorable mention recognition in both the 50-freestyle (13th) and the 100-breaststroke (14th)…Became the first Bullet in men’s swimming history to reach the finals in three individual events at the same national championship…Was also named the Men’s Most Outstanding Performer at the Centennial Conference Championships, where he captured seven medals, picking up golds in three individual events (50-freestyle, 100-freestyle, 100-breaststroke) and two relays (200-freestyle, 400-freestyle)…Also swam the breaststroke leg of the 200- and 400-medley relays that captured the silver at the conference meet…Lowered his own school record in the 100-breaststroke to 56.34 at the Gettysburg Invitational…Also swam personal season-best times of 20.35 in the 50-freestyle, 44.72 in the 100-freestyle, and 2:16.99 in the 200-breaststroke.
2014-15: Enjoyed an outstanding freshman season…Claimed All-America recognition in four events to help the Bullets tie the program record for the best finish (12th) in program history at the NCAA Division III Championship...At the national meet, swam on the 200-freestyle relay that placed second, the 400-freestyle relay that took third, the 200-medley relay that finished eighth, and the 400-medley relay that came in 14th…Named the Men’s Rookie Outstanding Performer at the Centennial Conference Championship meet after swimming on three winning relay teams (200-medley, 400-medley, 400-freestyle), claiming runner-up honors in the 50-freestyle, placing fourth in the 100-freestyle, and taking fifth in the 100-breaststroke…Also swam on the 200-freestyle relay “B” team that won the consolation final to finish ninth overall…Finished the season with the school record in the 100-breaststroke (58.21)…Was also part of four relay teams that own both Gettysburg and Centennial Conference records (200-freestyle relay, 1:20.41; 400-freestyle relay, 2:57.93; 200-medley relay, 1:30.25; 400-medley relay, 3:20.36)…Finished with personal season-best times of 20.49 in the 50-free, 46.07 in the 100-free, and 58.21 in the 100-breaststroke.
High School: Earned All-State honors while serving as team captain under head coach Chip Hannig at the Salesianum School…Broke the school record in the 50-freestyle (21.06).
