2018 Outdoor: Helped the 4x800-meter relay team cruise the track in 9:30.91 at the Centennial Conference Championships, besting the 16-year old record by 0.17 seconds and placing fourth overall…Ran the team’s second fastest 400-meter dash in a time of 1:03.24 at the 14^th Annual Paul Kaiser Classic…Placed eighth in the 1,500-meter run (5:14.66) at the Ursinus College Invitational, which was the third fastest time on the team…Notched the team’s third fastest time in the 800-meter run (2:24.48) at the CC Championships…Named to the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll.
 
2018 Indoor: Helped the 4x800-meter relay team post the second-fastest time in school history at 9:42.17 and was the first relay team to win a Centennial Conference title in 12 years…Captured first-place in the distance medley relay (12:34.68) at the S.U. Invitatioanl…Named First Team All-Centennial Conference, Academic All-Centennial Conference, Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll, and Centennial Conference All-Sportsmanship Team…Took fourth-place in the 400-meter dash (1:05.43) at the Dickinson DuCharme Invitational…Finished with the second fastest times on the team in the 800-meter run (2:23.19) and in the mile (5:37.95).
 
2017 Outdoor: Placed 3^rd at Centennial Conference Championships with a score of 3454 points in the Heptathlon……Also ran for the Bullets’ 4x800 relay which placed 6^th at the Centennial Conference Championships
 
2017 Indoor: Competed in four events at the Centennial Conference Championships….800-meter (5^th place)….Pentahlon (5^th place)….4x800 Relay (5^th place)……Distance Medley Relay (5^th place).
 
2016 Indoor: Finished sixth at the Centennial Conference Championship in the pentathlon (2107 points)…Also ran for the Bullets’ 4x800 and distance medley relay teams at the Centennial Conference Championships…Posted personal season-best marks of 11.71 in the 55-meter hurdles, 1:06.77 in the 400-meter dash, 2:29.71 in the 800-meter run, 4-0 in the high jump, 14-2 1/4 in the long jump, and 28-2 1/4 in the shot put.
 
2016 Outdoor: Finished sixth in the heptathlon (2607 points) at the Centennial Conference Championships…Also competed on the Bullets’ 4x800-meter relay team at the conference meet…Finished the season with personal season-best marks of 2:25.72 in the 800, 5:48.28 in the mile, 3-11 1/2 in the high jump, 25-05.25 in the shot put, 59-1 in the javelin, and 2855 points in the heptathlon.
 
High School: Competed in soccer, cross country, and track and field at Central Bucks East H.S….An All-State and All-Conference selection for soccer under head coach Paul Eisold, while serving as team captain.
