2018 Indoor: Grabbed third-place in the 4x800-meter relay at the Centennial Conference Championship (8:04.52)…Placed 11
th in the mile run at the Centennial Championship with a time of 4:28.38…Placed fourth in the distance medley relay with a time of 10:30.04 at the CC Championship, which ranks them third in school history.
2017 Outdoor: Competed in the Centennial Conference Championships on the 4x400 Relay Team that placed 6th....Placed 10th in the 1500-meter with a time of 4:07.2....Finished with a season personal best time of 4:30.74 in the mile.
2017 Indoor: Tallied seventh place in the 800-meter run at the Dickinson DuCharme Invitational (2:02.55)…Grabbed his fastest mile time at the Bucknell Tune-Up where he placed second in the event (4:26.92)…Ran the 3,000-meter in a time of 9:15.87 at the SU Challenge.
2016 Indoor: Competed on the distance medley relay team that placed third (10:32.67) at the Centennial Conference Championship…Finished the season with personal season-best times of 2:06:16 in the 800, 4:38.16 in the mile, and 9:19.92 in the 3,000…Ran the team’s second-fastest time of the year in the mile and the third-best clocking in the 3,000.

016 Outdoor: Helped the 4x800-meter relay team to a third-place finish (7:51:59) at the Centennial Conference Championship…Also competed in the 1,500 at the conference meet, placing 30th (4:23:87)…Finished the year with personal season-best times of 2:00.72 in the 800, 4:09.57 in the 1,500, and 17:10.22 in the 5,000…Notched the team’s third-best time of the season in the 1,500.
