Gettysburg College Athletics

Notes: Serving as team co-captain…Also competes for Gettysburg’s track & field team and helped set the school record in the indoor distance-medley relay…Member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
 
2017: Finished as Gettysburg’s No. 1 runner in six of the team’s eight varsity races...Ran the team’s fastest time of the season for the 8,000-meter racing distance with his personal-record (PR)-time of 27:09 at both the Gettysburg Invitational and the NCAA Division III Mideast Regional…Helped the Bullets win a meet title for the second time in three years at the Delaware Valley Invitational, leading the squad with a second place finish out of 126 competitors…Scored in all eight varsity races.  
 
2016: Competed in four races, including both of the team’s championship meets…Missed part of the season due to injury…One of the team’s top-seven runners in all of his races and was a top-five runner twice…Posted a personal season-best time of 28:05 at the NCAA Division III Mideast Regional, where he placed 193rd…Came in 77th at the Centennial Conference Championship.
 
2015: Ran in all nine varsity races…Broke the team’s top-five in four races…Ran a personal season-best time of 27:39 at the Paul Short Run…Placed 56th at the Centennial Conference Championship and 164th at the NCAA Division III Mideast Regional.

High School: A two-sport athlete at Fairfield Warde H.S., competing in cross country and indoor and outdoor track and field...A team cross-country team captain…All-conference selection under head coach Tim Foster (cross-country, indoor track) and Justin Ottavio (outdoor track)…Member of the school record holding 4x800m relay team in indoor and outdoor track…Member of the National Honor Society…Winner of the President’s Award for Educational Excellence.
