Fitness Classes

Current Fitness Class Offerings:

Spin with Stacy (Staff)
Monday: 12:00-1:00 p.m. 
Recharge your day with a high-energy spin class—no experience required, just show up and ride. It’s a fun, motivating way to boost your fitness, shake off stress, and connect with colleagues.

Ride with Kaitlin
Monday and Wednesday: 7:00-8:00 p.m. 
Ride and cycle to the beat of the music. Expect smooth transitions, tempo changes, and choreography that syncs with the music while still delivering a serious sweat. Perfect for people who love energy and good vibes.
 
Flow with Emily (Yoga)
Tuesday and Thursday: 7:00-8:00 p.m. 
Whether you are a beginner or have experience, this Yoga class is for you.
During this session you will focus on Breath-Synchronized movement, fluid sequences between poses and improved focus on your mind-body connection.
 
HIIT Full Body with Jillian
Tuesday: 8:00-9:00 p.m.
Sunday: 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. 

This class will consist of a variety of exercises performed in timed intervals, with brief periods of rest in between. Movements can be performed using bodyweight alone, with the option to use dumbbells for certain exercises.

All fitness classes are held in the multipurpose room located next to the Ortenzio Lobby. 

Fitness classes are open to all Gettysburg students, employees, spouses, and dependents with College ID.
