About Us

Pan Fried Funk ('Funk' for short) is Gettysburg College's official co-ed Ultimate Frisbee team founded in 1998. Joining the Funk family is great way to meet wide variety of new and fun people all with the common interest of throwing a plastic disc at one another for entertainment.

We have kept a strong tradition of welcoming anybody who is interested, regardless of experience, and we will help you learn to love the sport of Ultimate! We practice from 4-6 p.m. on the intramural fields behind Pizza House. Practices include a bit of stretching, conditioning, and drills in the first hour, and a scrimmage in the last hour. Discs are provided, so the only things you need to bring are a willingness to work as a team and some positive energy.
