The Centennial Conference Presidents Council has endorsed a plan for athletic activity and competition both in conference and with out of conference opponents for all sports for the 2021-22 academic year.  The following criteria and policies were established with the consideration of recommendations from the CDC, NCAA, state and local health agencies, Keeling & Associates, the Centennial Conference, and Gettysburg College.
The below represents a non-exhaustive list and is subject to updates as conditions evolve.  Additional updates/amendments will be made as needed.   
 
 Vaccinations/Testing
	- It is strongly encouraged to have every team member and coach be fully vaccinated.
	
		- There will be some student-athletes who meet the criteria for religious and medical exceptions.
		  
	
	 
	- In addition to following the institutions surveillance testing protocol, all unvaccinated individuals will be PCR tested within 72 hours or have a rapid antigen test within 24 hours of game time with all outside competition.  During noncompetition weeks, one PCR test or three times-a-week antigen testing will be conducted.
	
		- Testing during the nontraditional season will align with institutional testing protocols; however competition testing standards will apply if/when a team utilizes its one nontraditional competition date against outside competition. 
		  
	
	 
	- A positive test will render an individual ineligible for the competition, and are required to follow the institution’s policy for a positive test.
	
		- An unvaccinated close contact will follow the institutions quarantine procedures.
 
		- A vaccinated close contact will be need to wear a mask and produce a negative test within 2-5 days of the contact in order to compete and not wear a mask.
 
	
	 
Masking
	- All individuals, regardless of vaccination status, are required to wear masks indoors.  This includes but not limited to locker rooms, team meeting rooms, during travel, and the bench area at indoor venues.
	
		- Masks are not required while practicing and competing.
 
	
	 
Travel
	- There are no occupancy standards nor limitations on vehicle sizes.
 
	- Masks are required by all individuals during travel.           
 
  
Spectators
	- There are no occupancy limitations.
 
	- Indoor venue – all individuals, regardless of vaccination status, are expected to be masked.
 
	- Signage will be utilized to remind spectators to follow institutional guidelines.
 
	- Outdoor venue – there are no masking requirements at this time.
 
 
Facilities
	- Individuals can access locker room spaces as needed.
 
	- Masks will be required for all individuals regardless of vaccination status.
 
	- Post-game meals indoors to feed the team will be prohibited.
